Proofing Certificate Screen
This is the
"proofing" screen. If you "proof" pan tickets against
your data entries, this is the screen you use to make
corrections/deletions and/or send them on to printing. If you do not
"proof", just send them on to printing. |

Printing
Certificate Screen
This is where all printing of certificates are done-originals,
duplicates and reprints. This is also an area where you can lookup past
history of you certificates for viewing or printing. |

Invoicing Screen
Invoicing can be done on each of the certificate entry screens or
Independently. |

FGIS-922 (10-96)
922 reports are printed from a selected range. You can make these
reports out Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly at any time you would like. You
are not just limited to the monthly report that is required by FGIS.

Billing Statement
(Pre-printed)

statements look like. You have the choice of preprinted or computer

Void Log
You can print your Void log off the GIP program. There is no need to
keep a hand written Void log anymore, just enter the date range you want to
